JobAgent is an AI-powered job search automation service that:
- Searches multiple job boards and aggregators daily
- Filters job listings based on your preferences
- Delivers curated job matches via email
- Provides subscription-based access to these features
3. Subscription Plans
3.1 Available Plans
- Weekly: $5 per week, billed weekly, cancel anytime
- Basic Monthly: $9.99 per month, billed monthly
- Pro Monthly: $19.99 per month, billed monthly
3.2 Billing
- All subscriptions are automatically renewed until canceled
- Weekly plans renew every 7 days
- Monthly plans renew on the same day each month
- You will be charged in advance for each billing period
- Payment processing is handled securely by Paddle.com
3.3 Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
- You will continue to receive service until the end of your paid period
- No refunds for partial billing periods
4. Refund Policy
4.1 Weekly Plan
No refunds are provided for weekly subscriptions. The weekly plan is designed as a low-commitment option to test the service. You may cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current week.
4.2 Monthly Plans
Monthly plan subscribers (Basic and Pro) may request a refund within 48 hours of their initial charge. After 48 hours, no refunds will be provided for the remainder of the billing period.
4.3 Refund Process
To request a refund (monthly plans only), email support@getjobagent.com with your subscription ID. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information during registration
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes
- Not share your account with others
- Not attempt to reverse engineer or abuse the Service
- Comply with the terms of service of job boards you apply through
6. Service Availability
We strive to provide consistent service, but we do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted access to the Service
- Specific number of job matches per day
- Job quality or accuracy of job descriptions
- That you will be hired through jobs found via our Service
Job availability depends on third-party job boards and market conditions.
7. Data and Privacy
Your use of JobAgent is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and use your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 3 months
- We are not responsible for job board errors, scams, or fraudulent listings

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Violate these Terms of Service
- Engage in fraudulent activity
- Abuse or misuse the Service
- Fail to pay subscription fees
12. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes via:

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
